Information you provide

When you request an estimate, call, text or email HandyAce, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP/neighborhood, property information, photos and a description of the requested work.

How the information is used

• To respond to your estimate or service inquiry.
• To understand the requested scope and property/access conditions.
• To communicate about scheduling, changes and follow-up.
• To improve the website and service process.

Online form delivery

The website currently uses FormSubmit as a third-party form-delivery service for estimate requests and may also send validated request information to HandyAce's request-intake system hosted using Supabase. Contact and job-detail fields can be stored with the request, and selected job photos may also be uploaded to private storage used by that intake system. If you do not want to use the online form, you can contact HandyAce directly by phone, text or email.

Local form draft

The website may temporarily store non-file form fields in your browser's local storage so an unfinished estimate request is not immediately lost if the page reloads. This local draft remains on your device/browser until it is replaced, cleared or removed after a successful form submission.

Photos and attachments

Photos you choose to submit are used to understand the requested work. Avoid sending sensitive documents or unrelated personal information in job photos.

Sharing

HandyAce does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers strictly as needed to operate the website, communicate with you, process a job or comply with legal obligations.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and interactions through aggregate reports, including public page visits, contact-link clicks and estimate-form outcomes. Our custom analytics events do not include the contents of form fields, contact details, ZIP codes, messages, filenames or photos. We send only selected website-interaction metadata, such as public page paths, photo counts and fixed error categories. Our analytics code excludes query strings and URL fragments from page URLs, clears the page referrer and uses a static page title. Google Analytics may use cookies and browser identifiers and process technical information about your visits. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from using our website or submitting an estimate request.

Your choices

You can ask HandyAce to update or delete information you previously provided, subject to records that may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
